We decided just recently to put one of our investment houses up for sale. Realizing that the current market was maybe not a good time to sell, we thought we would give it a try anyway.

We had heard positive comments about the Henzells Property Group so decided to approach them.

The sales person we spoke to was Carol Carr, we had a meeting with carol and told her what our expectations were and what we would like to list the house for. After a lengthy meeting we came up with a very good strategy for the marketing plan.

I would like to express my thanks to you for the excellent outcome achieved with the sale my Unit in Caloundra on 25 March 2011.  The property was listed on and off for 6 to 8 months and no buyers were willing to make any offers in writing which had me worried .  As I said on the phone..  you make things happen!   What stood out for me was your innovative marketing (excellent property description) and your input into the choice of photos.  This made the property stand out (particularly on real estate.com) and I think that was a very important factor in achieving a sale.
